Hit Report: Connacht x Leinster Sabs Hit Grallagh Harriers Hunt

A few sabs from Leinster Hunt Sabs joined Connacht Hunt Sabs this morning in sabotaging the Grallagh Harriers during their early morning cub hunt.

We set out for an early morning. After scoping out the kennels for about an hour or so, they noticed our presence. It seemed like they were hesitant to go. After about another hour they decided to make a move, with us right on their heels. While we made sure they were parking up, for some reason two scum, David Burke was on of them, felt the need to come up to the cars peering in like right twats.

After some delay, they set off into the forestry and we were right with them the entire time. Even though they were using their horses to bully the sabs and charging towards us multiple times, we stuck with the hunt master and whipper in. Sinead Burke, the whipper in, decided it was necessary to waste her time trying to block sabs from getting up to the hunts man, using her horse "Ned" as a barrier.

The hounds were silent for a good while. They went into cry deep in the dense bushes. The terrain was far too boggy and dense for us to persue them, so remained on the path with the two scum. Trying to call the hounds off the scent. They came close to the path still in cry and we rushed in, in an attempt to distract the hounds and get them off the scent. We had took the hounds from the hunt a few times previously, but there was no stopping them now, especially where we were. We deterred a few of the hounds with the use of citronella but it wasn't enough to confirm that there was no kill.

The scum made out like they had made a kill, but none of the hounds had blood on them. They did have terrier men on the far side of the of land they were in, so there's a possibility they got to the fox first. Either way, the hounds fell silent and the hunters proceeded to pack up after only an hour and a half hunting. We definitely pissed them off and caused some hassle for them. They won't be happy to see us next time, even though they seemed to enjoy having us around.

We left confident they were finished for the day. Please if you would like to get involved or tip us off it would be greatly appreciated. All correspondence is preferred through email.
